The LCPAAA was formed to bring together graduates of the Lancaster Citizen Police Academy together to improve relations between the police department and the civilian community in all phases of law enforcement activities, and to further the goals and objectives of the Lancaster Police Department.

The LCPAAA was formed to bring together graduates of the Lancaster Citizen Police Academy together to improve relations between the police department and the civilian community in all phases of law enforcement activities, and to further the goals and objectives of the Lancaster Police Department.
Upon successful graduation from the Citizen Police Academy (CPA), students are encouraged to then join the Lancaster Citizen Police Academy Alumni Association (LCPAAA). The LCPAAA is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the Lancaster community and the Lancaster Police Department through volunteer community service.

LCPAAA members have repeatedly answered the call for service to the police department and the Lancaster area community. Over the years since LCPAAA was started, LCPAAA members have donated hundreds of hours of volunteer time to the Lancaster Police Department and to the citizens of Lancaster.
