Valley View Golf Course September 8, 2024 - You can donate with cash, or check made out to our Lancaster Police Alumni Association (LCPAAA) and we will provide you a tax deduction letter, on behalf of the LCPAAA Alumni Association, for your gracious donation. The money for this event, will be split between our LCPAAA Alumni Association and the DARE Scholarship program. The LCPAAA Alumni Association, provides funding for training programs and specialized equipment for the Lancaster Police Department and Special Response Team (SRT). The DARE Scholarship program, provides a $1000 scholarship each year to (1) Lancaster City student who applies, is eligible, and gets chosen. This amount is soon to increase having several scholarship recipients depending on the donations for this year’s events. 2024 LPD Kids & Gifts
The Lancaster Citizen Police Academy Alumni, The Lancaster Police Department, Wal-Mart, Job and Family Service will team up to provide Christmas for local children that might not have a Christmas. Each child will received funds to buy items that they need such as new coats, new shoes, jeans, tops just to name a few.
